Xavier Strong.
Students are given a Xavier STRONG ticket each time they are "caught" demonstrating a Xavier STRONG expectation. The students can cash in tickets twice a month for individual classroom incentives and also can qualify for the quarterly celebrations. The first quarter celebration requirement for grades K-3 is to have 20 tickets that they have earned throughout the quarter.
